"Let me first say I am quite tardy in responding to your follow up phone message of several weeks ago relating to the work done on our addition. Thanks for the call. It was another reflection of the elements of your customer service that assured my wife and I that we choose well in contracting with your company. We met several of your employees throughout the building process and everyone of them was courteous and exemplified a high quality of workmanship. I give major kudos to Bob Bekerian who was exceptional during the whole process. He consistently called with updates and questions relating to how we wanted to go with different aspects of the addition. Absolutely top marks to him.

In your phone message you asked if we were happy with everything after the fact. I would almost emphatically say 'yes'. The only item that gives me pause is a drainage situation that has arisen subsequent to the completion of the project. Specifically, water pools around the perimeter of the new slab foundation. I did discuss this with Bob B. and he assured me that such a situation would not compromise the integrity of the concrete. I trust Bob at his word and expertise on this and hopefully we can allay the issue with some landscaping grading down the road (Bob too cited this as a probable remedy).

That said, everything else was excellent. Even before the addition was completed, we had recommended your company to friends of ours who are contemplating an addition. In a like manner, we would be happy to serve as a reference for your company should you wish.
