Our construction services cover a wide array project types. From interior remodeling, to new additions to new home construction, we take pride in our project diversity. Essentially, the answer to this question has a lot to do with the configuration of your current home and the complexity of the proposed work. Hancock Builders offers Design-Build services from our CAD professionals. We have design-built thousands of projects over our three decades in business.

The project complexity is Low to Medium
The homeowners have already limited contractor bids down to 2 – 3 candidates

Conversely, we have collaborated with hundreds of Architects and Designers. Most candidates, who elect to hire an Architect for their design, have a few common characteristics:

The homeowner cannot prioritize their needs or generate a basic project concept without lengthy professional assistance.
The existing house is unusual in design or structurally deficient.
The project complexity is High
The homeowner wants to get more than 4 contractor bids
